What are the sectors in which we operate?
In the initial phase we are starting in a proximate area comprising of Sectors – 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 15A, 16, 16A, 17 (members residing in sectors other than these will have to pick and deliver the book from sec -15 , themselves.)
What will be the timings of delivery ?
The timings of delivery will be between 10am-12 noon on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.
How long can you keep the book?
You can keep the book for a week , after that you need to reissue it which will be done if the book is not requested by anyone else.
How many books can you read in a month ?
You can read as many books you want.
How many books can you borrow at a time?
You can borrow a maximum of 2 books at a time, and any new book will be issued to you only after you return the previously borrowed books.
Why choose from a different plan other than monthly?
If you have gone through the plans you will find out the longer the duration of your membership, the more benefits you get. With quarterly and half yearly plans you get to pay less , and in case of annual membership you pay less + you don’t pay a security deposit.
Why the security deposit?
As the term suggests, it is just a security for us against the book we lend in case it gets misplaced or torn.
What if the book gets torn or misplaced?
In case it gets misplaced you have to pay the price of the book, in case of torn it will depend upon case to case … if in a really bad condition you may have to pay the full price or otherwise 50% of the price of the book.
What if I want to leave the membership?
Your security deposit will be duly returned.
How to make the payments?
The COD system that is cash on delivery system is adopted, and when you send us a request to join in, you will be send a receipt by our delivery boy and you can pay him.
What age group would it cater to?
2-12 years
What kind of books do we have?
We have tried to accommodate books for kids between 2-12 years , keeping in mind the interests of both boys and girls.
